Sur-Form Corporation has complete design and prototype capabilities to ensure clients a precise, dependable
and cost effective solutions. With over 200,000 square feet of operating space, over 55 machines ranging in
size from 75 to 3,000 ton we are able to mold details weighing over 35 pounds. Products include; seperator dunnage, shipping trays, processing trays, components and assemblies.

Sur-Form is the only material handling supplier to have thermoforming and injection molding capabilities under one roof. This allows us the ability to deliver the right product for each application. Beginning with a concept, through design, prototype and manufacturing we have become a reliable resource for cost effective solutions.
With 5 machines and over 50,000 square feet of operating space we have the capacity to produce products
as large as 72" x 108". Vacuum formed products include; rack dunnage, shipping trays and components.

Since the late 1980's, the owners of Sur-Form Corporation, Ed Stacey, and Super Pack LLC, Bret Beaudry, have participated on and contributed towards the success of over 47 different automated sequencing seat pallet assemblies. We have engineered and manufactured seat pallets for Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Volkswagon, and many O.E.M. seating suppliers. When it comes to automated seat pallets, no single company in the world can offer as much knowledge and experience as that of the Sur-Form team.
